    Upon confirming your order, you will receive an autoreply e-mail and our an order confirmation mail will be sent thereafter.

    We normally accept Card or PayNow facilities.

    Yes, you can cancel your order however you will have to pay a cancellation fee.

  • chevron_right Can I make any last-minute changes to my order?

    Please note that to make any sort of changes, it must be done at least 1 working day before the event date.

  • chevron_right Will there be any additional charges if I need to make a last-minute cancellation of my order?

    Please note that 50% of the total bill will be refunded if the order is cancelled 1 working day before the event date. If the order is cancelled on the event date, no refund will be made.

  • chevron_right What is the delivery charge?

    The charges will be $10 to $20 depending on the distance

    However, we do have an offer. If you make an order above $50, the total delivery charge you have to pay is:

    Total delivery fee = Actual delivery fee - 10% of total order( For orders above $50)

    Eg
    Actual fee: $10
    Total order value: $80
    Total delivery charge: $2 (10 - 8)

    Our earliest delivery times are from 40 mins to 60 mins
